UWE has implemented the following upgraded security protocols to ensure the safety of everyone either participating or attending our events.:
- For your convenience and to facilitate a smooth entry process into the arena, doors for events will open around 90 minutes before the scheduled showtime. This early access aims to prevent any delays caused by the heightened screening procedures.
- All attendees will be obliged to pass through a metal detector and/or undergo a manual handheld wand search as part of the entrance procedure.
- Please note that bags larger than 15”x15”x8” are not permitted, and all bags may be subject to inspection.
The following items are not allowed at any UWE event:
- Video cameras or recording devices
- Backpacks
- Laser pointers or noise-making devices
- Selfie sticks
- Laptop computers or tablets
- Camera bags
- Coolers
- Luggage of any type
- Weapons of any kind
- Masks, except for those bearing the UWE brand.
There could be exceptions for medically necessary items with written permission only.
